As a SaaS Business Relationship Consultant, you will be part of the world’s most complete, open and integrated business software and hardware systems company. You will be responsible for establishing, building and nurturing relationships with key business accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges with a view to generating demand for HCM cloud based product offering. This will be through a variety of channels such as social media, internet, web based tools & outbound calling. You will speak to key decision makers within key business accounts on a daily basis.
•Establish, build and nurture positive business relationships with key client accounts through forging a deep understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans.
•Develop long term relationships with clients, consulting with them as their IT partner to address their needs and challenges.
•Using a variety of tools including but not limited to social media, internet, web based tools, outbound calling.
•Identify new business opportunities for HCM Cloud product offering through engagement with multiple levels of the client organisation and proactively endorsing our solution relevant to their business challenges.
•Creating a business pipeline meeting an agreed quota. Pipeline creation should consistently meet or exceed target.
•Contributing individually to the team targets, achieving a high level of client satisfaction and quality lead generation.
•Achieving a high level of collaboration with in-country Marketing and Sales teams by developing and delivering against the joint strategy with the field representatives. Inside Sales representatives and partners.

Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and design „go-to-market” plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues.
As a Business Development Representative assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where we have a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Development for the products sales opportunties. Generate business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship that establishes us as a preferred vendor and optimizes our sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specfic needs, and assists account representatives in using our products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and successful closes referenceable deals.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. 5 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management. Marketing and business development experience preferred. Demonstrated aptitude for solving business problems using technology and applications. Ability to work with and communicate effectively with multiple colleagues in a team selling environment. Business and account planning implementation experience. Conversant in ourtechnology and product strategies. Strong executive selling skills as well as a demonstrated success in establishing and developing client relationships. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
